Ty Lynn Graham - Senior

FAMILY - Ty Lynn is the daughter of Tye and Lisa Graham. She has a younger brother Justin.

INDOOR HIGHLIGHTS - TyLynn is in her second year of indoor track. She co-owns the school record at 5'4 and was a state finalist in that event last year. This year she set a new school record in the 55M hurdles @ 8.66. At the State Coaches Elite Meet she was second in high jump and third in the hurdles. At the state relays she was a member of the school record setting shuttle hurdle team. Ty is the team's leading scorer with over 100 points this year.

OUTDOOR HIGHLIGHTS - In her first year of track Ty Lynn has became one of the best high jumpers and hurdlers in the league. She went through the season undefeated in high jump with a league leading PR of 5'4". She placed 6th in that event at the MSTCA State Coaches Invitational. In the hurdles she placed third in the league championship and has a PR of 15.7. She also ran the 200M and the lead-off in the 4 X 400M relay. At the Class B Meet TyLynn placed 4th in hurdles and 6th in high jump.

Other Interests - Ty Lynn recently placed in the top 10 at the Teen Miss America Pageant held in Los Angeles.

Coach's Comments : TyLynn started track late in her career, junior year being her first competitive season. Ty is a natural talent who has come a long way in a short time. For many athletes, that can be both a blessing and a curse. But each day Ty demonstrates a higher degree of understanding of the type of commitment necessary to elevate to the next level.
