| The
MSTCA Invitational @ Wrentham - Outgoing Course |
![]() |
| The starting line is at the corner of Emerald Rd. Just to the right of the red house you can see the mowed area of the course. |
![]() |
| This is a panorama of the same direction. It gives you an idea of the size of the first field. The start involves a slight rise and then the path will curve to the right. |
![]() |
| At the end of the field there is a patch of woods. The path goes to the right of the woods. |
![]() |
| Then it goes to the left thru a small dip and crosses a tar driveway |
![]() |
| Once across the driveway head to an opening between the trees. |
![]() |
| At this point you enter a second field. Stay left along the road. If you look to the right you will see the returning path. |
![]() |
| The path continues to follow the road. |
![]() |
| This is looking in reverse from a dirt parking lot back toward the field from which you came. |
![]() |
| From an upper part of the parking lot you head down toward the lower. This is hard-packed dirt. |
![]() |
| Another view of the downhill into the lower lot. |
![]() |
| At the bottom of the parking lot you cross a road. The traffic will be shut off on meet day. |
![]() |
| On the other side of the road it is a short, steep drop and then take a right in the field. |
![]() |
| Follow the edge of the woods. |
![]() |
| Break away from the woods toward the water. |
![]() |
| Then curve left toward a tree. |
![]() |
| The ground can be a little mushy just before the road. Take a left on the dirt road and head up the hill. |
![]() |
| This is the view looking backward from the top of the hill. |
![]() |
| At the top of the hill go left. |
![]() |
| Head toward the metal gate. |
![]() |
| Bear right just before the gate. |
![]() |
| Then you are in the woods |
![]() |
| The wooded path is only mildly uneven. There are no stones to worry about. |
![]() |
| The road has slight turns, dips and rises. |
![]() |
| There are only a few spots that might be muddy if it rains. |
![]() |
| A hairpin turn heads you back toward the field. You are probably over half way at this point. |
